ATTIRE/DRESS CODE: Fashionable, easy to change, come with hair and makeup done! Wear comfy shoes, we will walk as a group! Have your stylish high heels ready, you will change during visit/walk/the photoshoot! Cupani Fashion as well as CMG Paris Fashion Week Designers will dress you! It is highly recommended to wear beige and black body shaper (see CMG Exclusive Model Etiquette!) and your stylish high heels that you will wear, and possibly change during the photoshoots! In-house participating photographers will take your photos and video fragments! Stay tuned and be on time bus will not wait!

The Château de Chenonceau is a French château spanning the River Cher, near the small village of Chenonceaux in the Loire Valley in France. It is one of the best-known châteaux of the Loire valley. The estate of Chenonceau is first mentioned in writing in the 11th century. The largest and most-visited castle among the 300 found in the Loire Valley, Château de Chambord is a grandiose example of French Renaissance architecture. Commissioned by King Francis I in 1519, and part of the region’s UNESCO World Heritage Site, the 426-room castle includes a moat and French formal garden.
The Château du Clos Lucé (or simply Clos Lucé), formerly called Manoir du Cloux, is a large château located in the center of Amboise. It is located in the natural Val de Loire (formerly called Touraine) region. Built by Hugues d'Amboise in 1471, the palace has known several famous owners such as the French king Charles VIII and Leonardo da Vinci. Clos Lucé is 500 metres from the royal Château d'Amboise, to which it is connected by an underground passageway. King Charles VIII bought the home from Etienne Le Loup in 1490 and during this time it became known as the ‘summer house’, housing French royalty. After a few decades Francis I gave it to Leonardo da Vinci when he invited him to live in France in 1516. The aging polymath lived his last years in this house, until his death on 2 May 1519. Thanks to its famous owners, this house today ranks as a ‘historical monument’ and therefore is protected from demolition or reconstruction. After 1855 it became a well-known museum about Leonardo da Vinci's life, work and memory, which was put together and directed by The Saint-Bris family, the present owners of the property.

In consideration of the risk of physical injury, pain, property damage, direct or consequential loss, any other damage, delay, inconvenience, however caused, and any other dangers associated with the participation in a sightseeing tour bus or limousine tour known as the Services operated by the company (hereinafter referred to as "Cupani Fashion") or any of its affiliates or other third parties, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, release, waive and discharge Cupani Fashion and any of Cupani Fashion CEO and directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability and warranties for and from any and all claims including but not limited to negligence, physical injury, property damage, accidents, illnesses, and pain, regardless of severity.
I hereby assert that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all risks associated with the aforementioned Service, and I waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the Service.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cupani Fashion for any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind that would be associated with me or anyone on my behalf, including but not limited to legal fees and any related costs that may arise from such actions.
I, and Cupani Fashion, agree that any dispute arising out of, or related to these terms and conditions or the Services offered by Cupani Fashion is personal to you and Cupani Fashion, and that such dispute will be resolved solely through individual arbitration, and will not be brought as a class arbitration, class action or any other type of representative proceeding. I, and Cupani Fashion, agree that there will be no class arbitration or arbitration in which an individual attempts to resolve a dispute as a representative of another individual or group of individuals. Further, I and Cupani Fashion agree that a Dispute cannot be brought as a class or other type of representative action, whether within or outside of arbitration, or on behalf of any other individual or group of individuals.

Purchased Designer Showcase Package, Model, MUA, Hairstylist, Photographer entry / Tours / Cruises Tickets / Services provided by Third Parties are in lieu of a Designer, Model, MUA, Hairstylist, Photographer, Performer, Participant or his/her family Member; Customer ink (physical) signature. You further attest, you have read, understood, and agree with the Memorandum of Understanding, i.e., the Contract.

I acknowledge that I am volunteering and participation at CMG Fashion Week in order to present my talents and get know in the field. I hereby authorize by Cupani Fashion LLC, hereafter referred to as “Company”, the Founder, its successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees and any third parties to publish photographs / videos taken by the Founder / Company and by The Accredited Photographer during The Show; Promotional Editorial Photoshoot or Promo Video and Photoshoot (including any preparatory work, models’ preparations, trainings, rehearsals, covers, associated press releases or publications by newspapers or magazines, flyers, ads, photographs, interviews, videos, event itself, and photo / video’s coverage after the event), for use in the Cupani Fashion's company or Other Fashion Magazine publications, including those that are printed, published online, or created in video form.
I attest that I have full authorization to consent to publishing these photos/ images or video. Further, I hereby release and hold harmless the Founder / Company from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the above-specified images or video.
I further acknowledge that that neither I, nor any other party who may share ownership of the property described above (whether in the past or in the future), will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking photos/videoclips or publication of these photographs/videoclips including those that are printed, published online, or created in video format, or participation in the Founder / Company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos/videoclips confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever, and that participation is purely voluntary.
I attest that my / my guardian electronic signature via electronic submission (electronic signature, text message by phone or Facebook) is considered equivalent to my / my guardian physical signature.
I hereby release the Founder / Company, its successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials (photos/images or video or electronic ads or social media posts) from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my volunteering participation.
