Times Square NYC Electronic Billboard launch is more than just a display – it is a statement. It symbolizes your and your brand growth, vision, and commitment to inspiring memorable experiences through thoughtfully curated celebrations. Billboard will have either five (5) photos or video fragments (no logos or wordings! Wordings costs extra same as your purchased Billboard - $500/$600/$900 ). Your brand Billboard will be displayed from 12:01AM till 11:01PM! Your photos and video fragment with you and your Brand Billboard will be taken! Photoshoots date will be scheduled with you either in advance or might be used from Sept. 12 (Remember Sept is Fashion Week and Billboards might be booked). You will be involved into offered video and photoshoot will take place at the invited location by Cupani Fashion or in New York City (the exact date will be announced).
If you wish your two (2) Times Square Electronic Billboard to be displayed, you shall purchase two (2) tickets, namely Times Square New York Fashion Celebrity Billboard. If you wish your three (3) Times Square Electronic Billboard to be displayed, you shall purchase three (3) tickets.
In-house photographers, CMG Worldwide News, Media/Press will eternalize the moment, take photos and videos and conduct interviews! You will receive a complimentary digital photos and video fragment/s! Also you may wish to purchase other extra best photos ($3.99 per photo) directly from displayed gallery that you like and wish us also to submit and publish in Fashion Magazines! All "purchased extra photos" proceeds go to support CMG Charity- Orlovski Orphanage.
Your Best Selected photo/s from New York or both will be displayed on Times Square New York Billboard ! Time Square Ad Live stream and takeover Billboard ad will be provided to you after been displayed and featured in Times Square! You will be also invited to take your own photos and get interviewed in the front of your own Times Square New York that will just behind you!! Our In-house photographers and CMG Worldwide News will eternalize this beautiful moment of your success and power!

Terms of Purchase and Liability Waiver
By purchasing tickets and/or participating in services or activities offered by Cupani Fashion LLC/ CMG Worldwide Fashion Weeks (the “Company”) via www.cmgworldwidefashionweeks.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Liability Waiver
In consideration of participation in any services provided by Cupani Fashion (including but not limited to the fashion show, designer showcase packages, model entry, /hairstylist/makeup artist entry/modeling class, limousine tours, helicopter tours, celebration with dinner cruise, billboard or billboard launch and viewing, or promotional activities), I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, or any of its affiliates or other third parties, and representatives, hereby release and discharge Cupani Fashion, including its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, or demands for and from any and all claims including but not limited to negligence, pain, physical injury, property damage or loss, accidents, illnesses, regardless of severity.
I acknowledge and agree that:
· Participation is voluntary.
· I assume all risks associated with the services.
· I waive all rights to claims or legal actions arising from participation.
· I will indemnify and hold Cupani Fashion harmless from any liabilities or legal fees
incurred due to my actions or those acting on my behalf.
Acknowledgement of Understanding
I have read and understood the terms and this liability disclaimer. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily agreeing to these conditions, and that I am waving substantial legal rights.
Media Release
By attending or participating in CMG Worldwide Fashion Week www.cmgworldwidefashionweeks.com events, I grant Cupani Fashion LLC and its affiliates, agents, photographers, and media personnel the right to capture, publish, and use my image, likeness, or voice in photos, videos, promotional materials, or media coverage related to the event. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Pre-show preparations
- Rehearsals and training
- The fashion show itself
- Editorial features
- pre and Post-event media coverage
I understand that:
- I will not receive financial compensation for use of these materials.
- I have no expectation of privacy or confidentiality regarding the use of my image.
- Publication of these materials does not confer ownership or royalty rights.
My electronic signature (via purchase ticket online using debit/credit card, email, SMS, or social media platforms such as Facebook) will be considered legally equivalent to my physical signature.
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms, or the services offered by Cupani Fashion, will be resolved exclusively through individual arbitration. No class actions, representative proceedings, or collective claims will be permitted.
Participation Agreement
For all participants (designers, models, MUAs, hairstylists, photographers, performers, etc.): Your purchased Designer Showcase Package, Model/ Hairstylist/ Makeup Artist entry, spectator show entry ticket (VIP or General Admission), or related services provided by third party (Limousine Tour, Dinner Cruise) are binding and equivalent to a physical signature on the official contract (Memorandum of Understanding). I attest that my / my guardian electronic signature via electronic submission (electronic signature, text message by phone or Facebook) is considered equivalent to my / my guardian physical signature. By purchasing or participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all outlined terms and policies.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES DISCLAIMER. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND HAVE AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BE COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

I hereby authorize Cupani Fashion LLC/ CMG Worldwide Fashion Weeks ("the Company"), its Founder, successors, assigns, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees, affiliates, sponsors, media partners, and authorized third parties to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, performance, and participation during CMG Worldwide Fashion Week and related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, fashion shows, promotional editorials, photo shoots, video productions, model preparations, training sessions, rehearsals, backstage activities, interviews, press conferences, media coverage, and all event-related activities before, during, and after the event. I grant the Company the unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, broadcast, transmit, and otherwise use such photographs, videos, recordings, and other media, in whole or in part, in any format or medium now known or later developed. These materials may be used for promotional, advertising, editorial, educational, marketing, public relations, social media, websites, digital platforms, printed publications, fashion magazines, newspapers, television, streaming platforms, electronic billboards, and any other lawful business or promotional purposes. I represent and warrant that I have the legal authority to grant this permission. If I am under the age of eighteen (18), my parent or legal guardian is authorized to provide consent on my behalf. I understand and acknowledge that I have no reasonable expectation of privacy regarding photographs, video recordings, or other media captured during my participation in CMG Worldwide Fashion Weeks or related activities. I hereby release and hold harmless the Company and all authorized parties from any claims relating to the authorized use of such materials. I further acknowledge and agree that neither I nor any other person claiming rights through me shall receive compensation, royalties, residuals, or any other financial payment for the creation, publication, distribution, or use of these photographs, videos, recordings, or other media, regardless of whether they are published in print, online, on social media, in video productions, or through any other media platform. My participation is voluntary, and I understand that no ownership rights are transferred to me through the use of these materials. I acknowledge that my electronic signature, or, if applicable, my parent or legal guardian's electronic signature—including electronic submission through a digital signature platform, email, text message, or other approved electronic communication—shall have the same legal force and effect as an original handwritten signature. By signing this Release, I release, discharge, and hold harmless Cupani Fashion LLC/ CMG Worldwide Fashion Weeks, its Founder, successors, assigns, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees, affiliates, sponsors, media partners, and authorized third parties from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the creation, publication, distribution, or lawful use of my photographs, videos, recordings, likeness, image, voice, or participation in connection with CMG Worldwide Fashion Weeks and its related promotional activities.
