This is a ticket for your Valentine’s Day: Indoor Photoshoot & Fashion Show! Tickets include a 2-hour photoshoot wearing Cupani Fashion Crocheted and Knitted Fashion For Distinguished (3-4 garments). You will receive all photos taken during the event. Please select 10 (ten) best photos that you wish to publish in the March 2021 Issue of the Amazing Magazine (San Francisco, CA). Amazing can directly be purchased from the Publisher through: https://www.blurb.com/user/CMGPublisher (after March 30). A weblink with will be emailed to your email address.
The ticket also includes your modeling session with Cupani Fashion (5-7pm). Drinks and Amuse Bouche (Fun Size Bites) will be served.

I hereby authorize by Cupani Fashion LLC, hereafter referred to as “Company”, the Founder , its successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees and any third parties to publish photographs video clips taken during the event (including any preparatory work, models, preparations, training, rehearsals, covers, associated press releases or publications by newspapers or magazines, flyers, ads, photographs, interviews, videos, event itself, and photo / video’s coverage after the event), for use in the Cupani Fashion/CMG/Amazing Fashion Magazine publications, including those that are printed, published online, or created in video form.
I attest that I have full authorization to consent to publication of my submitted photos. Further, I hereby release and hold harmless Cupani Fashion from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the specified photos/images or associated flyers/videos reproduced from either from submitted by me or printed, published online, or created in video form.
I further acknowledge that that neither I nor any other party who may share ownership of the property described above (whether in the past or future), will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in Company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever and that participation is voluntary.
I hereby release the Founder, Cupani Fashion/CMG Worldwide Fashion Weeks/Amazing Fashion Magazine, its successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
