I, the undersigned, hereby grant Cupani Fashion LLC, hereafter referred to as "the Company," and its Founder, successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees, and any third parties, permission to publish photographs and video clips taken during the event. This includes all preparatory activities, models, training, rehearsals, associated press releases, publications by newspapers or magazines, flyers, advertisements, interviews, and event coverage, whether in print, online, or video format, specifically for use in Cupani Fashion, CMG, and Amazing Fashion Magazine publications.
I acknowledge that only authorized photography is permitted. I affirm that I, along with my parents, family, friends, or guardians, will not take any photos using personal devices, such as cell phones, during promotional or scheduled events.
I confirm that I have full authorization to consent to the publication of my submitted photographs. Additionally, I release and hold harmless Cupani Fashion from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality regarding the specified images or associated materials, whether submitted by me or published in any form.
I further acknowledge that neither I nor any other party with shared ownership of the described property, past or future, will receive financial compensation related to the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in Company publications. I understand that the publication of these images does not confer any ownership rights or royalties and that my participation is voluntary.
I hereby release the Founder, Cupani Fashion, CMG Worldwide Fashion Weeks, Amazing Fashion Magazine, along with their successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims arising from my participation.

In consideration of the risks of physical injury, property damage, or other losses associated with participation in a sightseeing tour or limousine service operated by Cupani Fashion or its affiliates, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release, waive, and discharge Cupani Fashion and its CEO, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability for claims including, but not limited to, negligence, physical injury, property damage, accidents, and illnesses, regardless of severity.
I affirm that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all risks associated with the aforementioned service, waiving any rights or claims arising from my participation.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cupani Fashion from any claims, suits, or actions associated with me or on my behalf, including legal fees and related costs.
I and Cupani Fashion agree that any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will be resolved through individual arbitration and not as a class arbitration or representative proceeding. No class arbitration or representative actions will be permitted.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES DISCLAIMER.
