Submit Photos for PROMOTIONAL EVENTS in Paris

    I hereby authorize by Cupani Fashion LLC, hereafter referred to as “Company”, the Founder , its successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees and any third parties to publish photographs taken by me (including any preparatory work, models preparations, training, rehearsals, covers, associated press releases or publications by newspapers or magazines, flyers, ads, photographs, interviews, videos, event itself, and photo / video’s coverage after the event), for use in the Cupani Fashion/CMG/Amazing Fashion Magazine publications, including those that are printed, published online, or created in video form.

    I attest that I have full authorization to consent to publication of my submitted below photos. Further, I hereby release and hold harmless Cupani Fashion from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the specified photos/images or associated flyers/videos reproduced from either from submitted by me or     printed, published online, or created in video form.

    I further acknowledge that that neither I nor any other party who may share ownership of the property described above (whether in the past or future), will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in Company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever and that participation is voluntary.

    I hereby release the Founder, Cupani Fashion/CMG/Amazing Fashion Magazine, its successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
