All 2024 donors/businesses and Orlovski visit will be featured by Amazing Fashion Magazine.
- 50% will be used to provide vouchers* and support The Glamour Fashion Night Models (Nov. 16, 2024), who wish to participate and model either at CMG New York City Fashion Week (Sept.11-14, 2025) or CMG Paris Fashion Week (Oct. 2-6, 2025) or both. Voucher will be given/awarded to The Model during the actual Fashion Week. Please note that size of voucher* will be vary based on total generated funds and the total models.

All purchased photos will be automatically entered into the Arkansas Most Beautiful/Handsome Model Ever Photo-Contest.
Winners will be featured in the March or May 2025 issues of Amazing Fashion Magazine and included in CMG Worldwide promotional flyers. You will be also invited to participate in the 2025 Advertising Campaign promotional photoshoots in Arkansas.
The model winner(s) will receive a 2025 Model Registration Sponsorship (a $99 value), covering participation in either the CMG Dubai Fashion Week TOUR, CMG New York City Fashion Week, or CMG Paris Fashion Week.

I hereby authorize by Cupani Fashion LLC, hereafter referred to as “Company”, the Founder , its successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees and any third parties to publish photographs video clips taken during the event (including any preparatory work, models, preparations, training, rehearsals, covers, associated press releases or publications by newspapers or magazines, flyers, ads, photographs, interviews, videos, event itself, and photo / video’s coverage after the event), for use in the Cupani Fashion/CMG/Amazing Fashion Magazine publications, including those that are printed, published online, or created in video form.
Only authorize photography by registered media/press/photographers allowed. Taking photos using your cellphone/iPad is encouraged, however, when posting photos taken during the show, please use the hashtag #glamourfashionnight.
I attest that I have full authorization to consent to publication of my submitted photos. Further, I hereby release and hold harmless Cupani Fashion from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the specified photos/images or associated flyers/videos reproduced from either from submitted by me or printed, published online, or created in video form.
I further acknowledge that that neither I nor any other party who may share ownership of the property described above (whether in the past or future), will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in Company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever and that participation is voluntary.
I hereby release the Founder, Cupani Fashion/CMG Worldwide Fashion Weeks/Amazing Fashion Magazine, its successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.

In consideration of the risk of physical injury, pain, property damage, direct or consequential loss, any other damage, delay, inconvenience, however caused, and any other dangers associated with the participation in a sightseeing tour bus or limousine tour known as the Services operated by the company (hereinafter referred to as "Cupani Fashion") or any of its affiliates or other third parties, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, release, waive and discharge Cupani Fashion and any of Cupani Fashion CEO and directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability and warranties for and from any and all claims including but not limited to negligence, physical injury, property damage, accidents, illnesses, and pain, regardless of severity.
I hereby assert that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all risks associated with the event, and I waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the event.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cupani Fashion for any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind that would be associated with me or anyone on my behalf, including but not limited to legal fees and any related costs that may arise from such actions.
I, and Cupani Fashion, agree that any dispute arising out of, or related to these terms and conditions or the Services offered by Cupani Fashion is personal to you and Cupani Fashion, and that such dispute will be resolved solely through individual arbitration, and will not be brought as a class arbitration, class action or any other type of representative proceeding. I, and Cupani Fashion, agree that there will be no class arbitration or arbitration in which an individual attempts to resolve a dispute as a representative of another individual or group of individuals. Further, I and Cupani Fashion agree that a Dispute cannot be brought as a class or other type of representative action, whether within or outside of arbitration, or on behalf of any other individual or group of individuals.
