This is your Model Entry (Advanced) to market, advertise, promote you, and model at CMG New York City Fashion Week Grand Show. Model Entry Fee will be used for the following: 1) to promote you via flyers, 2) announcements, a short video, etc. on www.cmgworldwidefashionweeks.com and 3) CMG social media outlets including Facebook and Instagram and make you and your brand evolve and noticed! 4) You and Your Breaking News will be featured on CMG Worldwide News to advertise you worldwide. 5) You will be featured in several Issues of Amazing Fashion Magazine (California, USA & Worldwide) including before and after actual fashion week.
Please Note: Advanced Model Entry ($49.99) will be open till May 15th ! Last-minute Model Entry (or $99.99) will be held from May 16th till the show.

Model 101 will be awarded! Model's supporters holding purchased VIP or general admission tickets are eligible to vote for the model, regardless of being physically present at the show. The more supporters the model has, the higher the chances of model’s success!
I further attest, I have read all the details advised in a Contract- Agreement & Memorandum of Understanding https://www.cmgworldwidefashionweeks.com/model-sign-up---cmgnycfw.html and fully understand and follow with all that is stated. I do understand and agree that if I fail to abide by any of the stated rules and guidelines, this may result in the immediate dismissal from The CMG Worldwide Fashion Weeks (e.g. CMG New York City Fashion Week / CMG Dubai Fashion Week/ CMG Los Angeles Fashion Week/ CMG Paris Fashion Week) or the scheduled promotional photo- and video-shoots. I ascertain that I have read, understood and agreed, and follow to the above.
Only authorize photography allowed. I attest that I /my parents/family/friends/guardians may not take any photos by own cellphone/camera/iPad etc. during all promo /scheduled events. Photoshoot is a property of the organization. I attest that I may not share with other participants or post and taken cellfies or video fragments. Any photos or video fragments without a proper citations/acknowledgement will be asked to delete.
Admission Requirements
- Only registered participants and valid ticket holders will be admitted to the Grand Show.
- Each purchased seat equates to one vote.
- Only 100 seats are available.
- No physical tickets will be issued for online seat purchases. All guests must check in at the entrance.
- Entry will require the name of the credit/debit cardholder used to make the purchase.
- A registration list with all valid ticket holders will be available at the door. Your assigned seat will correspond with the name used in the purchase.
Voting & Wristbands
- Tickets serve as voting ballots. Each ticket holder (spectator) will receive two wristbands, which must be used during the voting period.
- The Most Outstanding Designers and Models will be recognized based on votes.
- Only votes from individuals who have purchased show seats (VIP or General Admission) will be counted.
- Designer promotional tickets are non-transferable and may not be assigned to friends, family, or acquaintances.
Terms of Purchase and Liability Waiver
By purchasing tickets and/or participating in services or activities offered by Cupani Fashion LLC (the “Company”) via www.cmgworldwidefashionweeks.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Liability Waiver
In consideration of participation in any services provided by Cupani Fashion (including but not limited to the fashion show, designer showcase packages, model entry, /hairstylist/makeup artist entry/modeling class, limousine tours, helicopter tours, celebration with dinner cruise, billboard or billboard launch and viewing, or promotional activities), I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, or any of its affiliates or other third parties, and representatives, hereby release and discharge Cupani Fashion, including its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, or demands for and from any and all claims including but not limited to negligence, pain, physical injury, property damage or loss, accidents, illnesses, regardless of severity.
I acknowledge and agree that:
· Participation is voluntary.
· I assume all risks associated with the services.
· I waive all rights to claims or legal actions arising from participation.
· I will indemnify and hold Cupani Fashion harmless from any liabilities or legal fees
incurred due to my actions or those acting on my behalf.
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms, or the services offered by Cupani Fashion, will be resolved exclusively through individual arbitration. No class actions, representative proceedings, or collective claims will be permitted.
Acknowledgement of Understanding
I have read and understood the terms and this liability disclaimer. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily agreeing to these conditions, and that I am waving substantial legal rights.
Media Release
By attending or participating in CMG Worldwide Fashion Week www.cmgworldwidefashionweeks.com events, I grant Cupani Fashion LLC and its affiliates, agents, photographers, and media personnel the right to capture, publish, and use my image, likeness, or voice in photos, videos, promotional materials, or media coverage related to the event. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Pre-show preparations
- Rehearsals and training
- The fashion show itself
- Editorial features
- pre and Post-event media coverage
I understand that:
- I will not receive financial compensation for use of these materials.
- I have no expectation of privacy or confidentiality regarding the use of my image.
- Publication of these materials does not confer ownership or royalty rights.
My electronic signature (via purchase ticket online using debit/credit card, email, SMS, or social media platforms such as Facebook) will be considered legally equivalent to my physical signature.
Participation Agreement
For all participants (designers, models, MUAs, hairstylists, photographers, performers, etc.): Your purchased Designer Showcase Package, Model/ Hairstylist/ Makeup Artist entry, spectator show entry ticket (VIP or General Admission), or related services provided by third party (Limousine Tour, Dinner Cruise) are binding and equivalent to a physical signature on the official contract (Memorandum of Understanding). I attest that my / my guardian electronic signature via electronic submission (electronic signature, text message by phone or Facebook) is considered equivalent to my / my guardian physical signature. By purchasing or participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all outlined terms and policies.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES DISCLAIMER. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND HAVE AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BE COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

I acknowledge that I am volunteering and participating at CMG Fashion Week in order to present my talents and get know in the field or to enjoy the show. I hereby authorize by Cupani Fashion LLC, hereafter referred to as “Company”, the Founder, its successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees and any third parties to publish photographs / videos taken by the Founder / Company and by The Accredited Photographer during The Show; Promotional Editorial Photoshoot or Promo Video and Photoshoot (including any preparatory work, models’ preparations, trainings, rehearsals, covers, associated press releases or publications by newspapers or magazines, flyers, ads, photographs, interviews, videos, event itself, and photo / video’s coverage after the event), for use in the Cupani Fashion's company or Other Fashion Magazine publications, including those that are printed, published online, or created in video form.
I attest that I have full authorization to consent to publishing these photos/ images or video. Further, I hereby release and hold harmless the Founder / Company from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the above-specified images or video.
I further acknowledge that that neither I, nor any other party who may share ownership of the property described above (whether in the past or in the future), will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking photos/videoclips or publication of these photographs/videoclips including those that are printed, published online, or created in video format, or participation in the Founder / Company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos/videoclips confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever, and that participation is purely voluntary.
I attest that my / my guardian electronic signature via electronic submission (electronic signature, text message by phone or Facebook) is considered equivalent to my / my guardian physical signature. I hereby release the Founder / Company, its successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials (photos/images or video or electronic ads or social media posts) from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my volunteering participation.
Purchased ticket(s) are final, non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. There are No Refunds on any used or unused services. There are No Refunds or Exchanges for Lost or Stolen Tickets. No shipping fees are required when purchasing event ticket(s) online. A purchase confirmation email will be sent upon completing the transaction. Purchased entry is in lieu your ink (physical) signature.
