Fee is used to market, advertise, present yourself/brand/business at The Glamour Fashion Night and promote you via flyers, announcements, a short video, etc. on www.cmgworldwidefashionweeks.com and CMG social media outlets including Facebook and Instagram and make you and your brand evolve and noticed! Amazing Fashion Magazine (S. Francisco, CA) will feature the event and all registered participants. Try out the Celebrity Photoshoot for the Cover Page of Amazing Fashion Magazine. Amazing Magazine (San Francisco, CA) will feature The Glamour Fashion Night event and participants during 2024-25 Fashion Season Campaign! Business of the Month will be selected as well. The Editors will select the best photos for Amazing Magazine (San Francisco, CA). Best photos will be published in the next Issue of Amazing Magazine (San Francisco, CA). I hereby authorize by Cupani Fashion LLC, hereafter referred to as “Company”, the Founder , its successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees and any third parties to publish photographs video clips taken during the event (including any preparatory work, models, preparations, training, rehearsals, covers, associated press releases or publications by newspapers or magazines, flyers, ads, photographs, interviews, videos, event itself, and photo / video’s coverage after the event), for use in the Cupani Fashion/CMG/Amazing Fashion Magazine publications, including those that are printed, published online, or created in video form.
Only authorize photography by registered media/press/photographers allowed.
Taking photos using your cellphone/iPad is encouraged, however, when posting photos taken during the show, please use the hashtag #glamourfashionight.
I attest that I have full authorization to consent to publication of my submitted photos. Further, I hereby release and hold harmless Cupani Fashion from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the specified photos/images or associated flyers/videos reproduced from either from submitted by me or printed, published online, or created in video form.
I further acknowledge that that neither I nor any other party who may share ownership of the property described above (whether in the past or future), will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in Company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever and that participation is voluntary.
I hereby release the Founder, Cupani Fashion/CMG Worldwide Fashion Weeks/Amazing Fashion Magazine, its successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
I hereby agree to the following:
In consideration of the risk of physical injury, pain, property damage, direct or consequential loss, any other damage, delay, inconvenience, however caused, and any other dangers associated with the participation in a sightseeing tour bus or limousine tour known as the Services operated by the company (hereinafter referred to as "Cupani Fashion") or any of its affiliates or other third parties, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, release, waive and discharge Cupani Fashion and any of Cupani Fashion CEO and directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability and warranties for and from any and all claims including but not limited to negligence, physical injury, property damage, accidents, illnesses, and pain, regardless of severity.
I hereby assert that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all risks associated with the event, and I waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the event.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cupani Fashion for any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind that would be associated with me or anyone on my behalf, including but not limited to legal fees and any related costs that may arise from such actions.
I, and Cupani Fashion, agree that any dispute arising out of, or related to these terms and conditions or the Services offered by Cupani Fashion is personal to you and Cupani Fashion, and that such dispute will be resolved solely through individual arbitration, and will not be brought as a class arbitration, class action or any other type of representative proceeding. I, and Cupani Fashion, agree that there will be no class arbitration or arbitration in which an individual attempts to resolve a dispute as a representative of another individual or group of individuals. Further, I and Cupani Fashion agree that a Dispute cannot be brought as a class or other type of representative action, whether within or outside of arbitration, or on behalf of any other individual or group of individuals.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES DISCLAIMER. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND HAVE AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BE COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
