All submitted photos will be considered for selection as the best of the best and will be featured on the CMG Worldwide Fashion Weeks Electronic Billboard in Times Square, New York, during CMG New York City Fashion Week, taking place September 11-14, 2025!

Photo and Video Release Agreement
I, the undersigned, hereby grant Cupani Fashion LLC (referred to as "the Company") and its Founder, successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees, and any third parties, permission to capture and publish photographs and video clips taken during the event, including all preparatory activities, models, training, rehearsals, press releases, and associated coverage in newspapers, magazines, flyers, advertisements, and event promotions, in print, online, or video formats for use in Cupani Fashion, CMG, and Amazing Fashion Magazine publications.
I acknowledge that only authorized photography is permitted during the event. I affirm that neither I, nor my family, friends, or guardians, will take photos using personal devices, such as cell phones or planchets during promotional or scheduled events. I affirm if I, my family, friends, or guardians will take photos during the promotional or scheduled events, I will be asked to leave and immediately disqualified from the event.
I confirm that I have full authority to consent to the publication of my submitted photographs. I also release and hold harmless Cupani Fashion from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality concerning the images and associated materials, whether submitted by me or published in any format.
I understand that neither I nor any other party with ownership of the described property, past or future, will receive any financial compensation for the taking or publication of these images or my participation in Company publications. I recognize that the publication of these images does not confer any ownership rights or royalties, and my participation is voluntary.
I further release the Founder, Cupani Fashion, CMG Worldwide Fashion Weeks, Amazing Fashion Magazine, and all related parties, from liability for any claims arising from my participation in the event.
Liability and Waiver Agreement
In consideration of the risks associated with physical injury, property damage, or other losses during a sightseeing tour or limousine service provided by Cupani Fashion or its affiliates, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release, waive, and discharge Cupani Fashion and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, including claims arising from negligence, physical injury, property damage, accidents, or illnesses.
I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary, and I knowingly assume all associated risks, waiving any rights or claims arising from my involvement.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cupani Fashion from any claims, suits, or actions related to my participation, including any legal fees and related costs.
I further agree that any disputes arising from these terms or services will be resolved through individual arbitration, and no class arbitration or representative actions will be permitted.
I have read and understood this liability and warranties disclaimer. I fully understand the terms and acknowledge that by agreeing to these conditions, I am voluntarily relinquishing significant rights and consenting to the terms without any external inducements. This constitutes a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Electronic Signature Notice
By submitting required information, participating in the event, or purchasing tickets at CMG Worldwide Fashion Weeks, I attest that my electronic signature is equivalent to my physical signature, acknowledging my consent to the terms outlined above. This applies to all participants, including designers, models, stylists, makeup artists, photographers, media/press, vendors, judges, performers, hosts, partners, interns, and any other individuals involved, including family members or friends.
