Designer Showcase Package #1 - $1,400 (Early Bird) for CMG Dubai Fashion Week TOUR

Package #1 Includes:
- Pre-event Promotion: Your collection will be promoted through CMG flyers, press releases, and a 1-minute breaking news video, among other materials.
- Garments/Looks: Up to 20 garments/looks can be showcased. Designers are allowed to present multiple collections, including out-of-season collections.

- Model Participation: Designers may bring their own models. Each model shall register at https://www.cmgworldwidefashionweeks.com/cmg-dubai-fashion-week-tour.html
- Ticket Inclusion: The package includes one (1) 5-day bus tour pass, which covers:
- Dubai sightseeing tour 10:00AM-6:30PM
- Desert Sunset Visit
- Creek Dhow Cruise with unlimited pizza and soft drinks
- Lost Chambers Aquarium entry
- Madame Tussauds entry
- Please note: 5-day bus tour pass is the best way of transportation and reaching all offered activities, exploring Dubai’s beauty together, and get photo and video memories in the most iconic places of Dubai!
- Media Coverage: Designers will receive raw, high-resolution video footage and photos from the collection showcase, with full copyrights. Please note that the release of photos and videos will occur after the completion of "The Most Beautiful Ever!" / "The Most Handsome Ever!" Photo Contest (if applicable).
- Official CMG Video: A CMG official video of your collection will be available for purchase at $55.
- Media & Press Release Invitation: Designers will receive an invitation to the Media & Press event and will be interviewed.
- Website Inclusion: Your profile, including a bio and link to the show’s Featured Designer webpage, will be featured on the event website.
- Personal Assistant: Allow to have one (1) personal Assistant/Dresser to assist Designer the Tour and activities. Please note that You and Your Personal Assistant/Dresser is responsible for a purchasing own ticket/s for highly recommended "must see and be" events and activities provided by the third parties in Dubai. - Magazine Feature: Editors from fashion magazines will have access to photos and will select the best images for publication. Your collection will be featured during CMG Dubai Tour events.

- This video will also be featured on CMG Worldwide News Channel to further promote the designer globally, offering national and international exposure. CMG will provide complimentary advertisement for your brand on the CMG Worldwide News Channel and our social media platforms. (Note: Regular advertisement costs on CMG Worldwide News Channel and our social media channels are $1,000, a standard industry fee.).
- Designers participating in CMG Dubai Fashion Week TOUR will have the opportunity to compete for CMG travel award for CMG New York City (September) or Paris Fashion Week (October).

Disclaimer: Photos & Video Clip Release
I hereby authorize by Cupani Fashion LLC, hereafter referred to as “Company”, the Founder , its successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees and any third parties to take and publish photographs, video clips taken during the event (including any preparatory work, models, preparations, training, rehearsals, covers, associated press releases or publications by newspapers or magazines, flyers, ads, photographs, interviews, videos, event itself, and photo / video’s coverage after the event), for use in the Cupani Fashion/CMG/Amazing Fashion Magazine publications, including those that are printed, published online, or created in video form.
Only authorized photography allowed.
I attest that I have full authorization to consent to publication of my submitted photos. Further, I hereby release and hold harmless Cupani Fashion from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the specified photos/images or associated flyers/videos reproduced from either from submitted by me or printed, published online, or created in video form.
I further acknowledge that that neither I nor any other party who may share ownership of the property described above (whether in the past or future), will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in Company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever and that participation is voluntary.
I hereby release the Founder, Cupani Fashion/CMG Worldwide Fashion Weeks/Amazing Fashion Magazine, its successors, heirs, licensees, producers, contractors, employees and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
I hereby agree to the following:
In consideration of the risk of physical injury, pain, property damage, direct or consequential loss, any other damage, delay, inconvenience, however caused, and any other dangers associated with the participation in a sightseeing tour bus or limousine tour known as the Services operated by the company (hereinafter referred to as "Cupani Fashion") or any of its affiliates or other third parties, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, release, waive and discharge Cupani Fashion and any of Cupani Fashion CEO and directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability and warranties for and from any and all claims including but not limited to negligence, physical injury, property damage, accidents, illnesses, and pain, regardless of severity.
I hereby assert that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all risks associated with the event, and I waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the event.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cupani Fashion for any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind that would be associated with me or anyone on my behalf, including but not limited to legal fees and any related costs that may arise from such actions.
I, and Cupani Fashion, agree that any dispute arising out of, or related to these terms and conditions or the Services offered by Cupani Fashion is personal to you and Cupani Fashion, and that such dispute will be resolved solely through individual arbitration, and will not be brought as a class arbitration, class action or any other type of representative proceeding. I, and Cupani Fashion, agree that there will be no class arbitration or arbitration in which an individual attempts to resolve a dispute as a representative of another individual or group of individuals. Further, I and Cupani Fashion agree that a Dispute cannot be brought as a class or other type of representative action, whether within or outside of arbitration, or on behalf of any other individual or group of individuals.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES DISCLAIMER. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND HAVE AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BE COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
